Breastmilk Gummies

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fruit juice of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons of gelatin
  • (optional) 1 teaspoon of agave or honey (if your child is over 1 year)
  • 1/4 cup of breastmilk

1. Combine juice and water in a sauce pot and heat on very low.
(Mixture should remain at a touchable temperature, high heat will damage breastmilk) 
2. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
3. Remove pot from heat. 
4. Add agave, or honey (if your child is over 1 year) and stir until dissolved. 
5. Stir in breastmilk.
6. Pour into molds and cover. 
7. Put in fridge for 15-20 min or until setup. 
8. Remove from the mold and enjoy!
9. Store leftovers in the fridge. 

Molds can be purchased on Amazon or in the candy making section at craft stores.

Vegan gelatin can be purchased at most health food stores.
